Coast 2 Coast Submission Policy

1. All submissions are subject to a $20 submission processing fee
2. All submissions will be screened by the Management Team of Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes and listened to in their entirety
3. We select 5 songs each week to be placed on the next official Coast 2 Coast Mixtape Hosted By A Major Artist. These tracks will also be featured on Myxer.com as free featured ringtones to over 6 million monthly mobile visitors.
4. All other submissions are placed on a Coast 2 Coast DJ Showcase Mixtape that is mixed by one of our Coast 2 Coast DJs. These Showcase Mixtapes are posted on dozens of websites and are email blasted to over 1.2 million industry contacts.
5. All submissions receive placement on the Audio page for streaming and comments from the public.
6. All submissions will be serviced and available for download to all 780+ Coast 2 Coast DJs
7. All artists who submit get a user name and password with access to the Artist Log-in where they can make an artist profile on our website, etc.
8. All decisions on mixtape selections will be solely subject to Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes and our employees and managers.
9. We will in no way steal or use your information or music without your express permission, by submitting your track you give Coast 2 Coast the non-exclusive right to place your material on a single mixtape for promotional use only. We in NO way ever sell your music or mixtapes and will not benefit financially from exploitation of your music.
10. Lil Fats, Inc. DBA Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes is in no way liable for your upload, you indemnify Lil Fats, Inc. from any claims or arbitrations that may arise from your use of media and copyrighted materials.
11. All submissions will receive confirmation through email as well as feedback through email on which mixtape the track is placed on. Please make sure your email address is valid and look out for emails coming from Coast 2 Coast (Yahoo and some other email services put our messages in spam so be sure to check your spam folder as well).
12. Artists can submit as many times as they want, subject to the $20 submission fee for each song.
13. Every submission will receive a FREE spin on Coast 2 Coast Radio when the mixtape featuring your track plays!
14. Every new artist is eligible for 100 FREE spins from Jango.com Online Radio! (New Sign-Ups Only)
